Very very satisfied

The cushions are not what I was expecting. They get really warm quickly (not great in Texas heat) and they don't stay put. There are no straps to hold them in place causing them to slide around whenever I get in and out of the car. The lumbar support slides down and gets behind the seat cushion. Stopped using it entirely. The neck rest sits too high up and just pushes your head further forward than the actual seat already does. Stopped using that entirely too. Prior to purchasing, I asked about the cushion thickness and was told they were 3". The lumbar support is approximately 3", but the seat cushion is not. It's 1.5" at best. These cushions may be good for other people, but not for my intended use (sit higher in the seat and not get my head pushed forward by the headrest). They are a significant improvement over what's available on other sites for much less.
